Votre rôle :

Le rôle de nos Spécialistes des opérations ventes est d’assurer l'exécution de l’ensemble des processus et projets dans le cadre de la commercialisation des véhicules VinFast en France. 

Cela regroupe à la fois l’analyse, la planification et prévision des ventes, l’administration des livraisons, mais aussi la mise en place des outils de suivi et d’animation de la politique commerciale, auprès de l’équipe de Sales Advisors et Store Managers.

A ce titre, vous êtes, notamment, chargé(e) de :

🎯 Vos missions :

Opérations des Ventes :   

  • Analyse des données de ventes Vinfast et de l’environnement/marché 
  • Création et alimentation d’un modèle de suivi de la planification des ventes (forecasting) en collaboration avec notre Data Scientist 
  • Administration des commandes de véhicules 
  • Suivi et délivrance des projets liés à l’interfaçage des systèmes internes (SAP/Salesforce) aux systèmes tiers liés aux livraisons/immatriculations et test drives 
  • Support quotidien de l’équipe B2B Fleet dans l’administration des ventes aux grands comptes/sociétés de leasing (aide aux réponses aux appels d’offres, travail de planification et suivi sur les délais de livraison) 
  • Organisation avec les spécialistes administration des ventes des outils de plannings administratifs d’immatriculations et livraisons des véhicules en showroom 

Ventes :   

  • Suivi quotidien, via les outils CRM des données de vente (Contacts/Leads/TestDrive/Conversion du funnel/Taux de financement des dossiers, reprise VO...) et mise en place de Scorecards par showroom et au niveau national 
  • Animation et préparation d’une réunion hebdomadaire nationale des ventes présentant meilleurs résultats/pratiques aux équipes. 
  • Mise en place et suivi de challenges internes pour les différentes équipes 
  • En tant qu’ambassadeur(drice) de la marque, participation active à des salons et évènements commerciaux en support des équipes de ventes (prise de contacts, identification des leads) 
  • Formation continue des équipes Sales Advisor et Store Manager à l’utilisation des outils CRM

💥 Vous :

  • De formation supérieure de niveau Bac+3 minimum (école de commerce ou université).
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire dans la distribution automobile. Une expérience retail, en tant que chef de région F/H et/ou d’animation commerciale dans ce secteur serait un plus.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et parlez anglais couramment (équivalent au niveau B2 minimum) afin de pouvoir évoluer dans un contexte international.

Our Customer Service Operations Manager is the head of the VinFast Europe Customer service « [email protected] » organization. His/her initial perimeter of action will be across the three countries, perimeter to evolve according to company strategy. He/she reports to the Customer Experience and Customer Service Director – VinFast Europe and will sit in the Customer Service Premises in the Paris Area.

Online Sales Director

After a highly success startup in Vietnam, VinFast will enter the European market. Target launch date is mid-2022. The company’s first offering will be a dedicated EV SUV. To achieve its entry date, VinFast is currently executing on a comprehensive launch plan that includes the manufacture, testing, and certification of the vehicle that will be produced in Vietnam. A European marketing, sales and distribution entity has been established to sell and service VinFast products.

✨ Your role:

As one of our Online Sales Directors you are responsible for the exceptional online customer journey providing the customer with the information and the call to actions with only a few clicks at a high performance. You adapt the journey and user interface for the web and store channel. You integrate all functionalities and contents to support sales and brand appearance. You will also be responsible of an amazing team of 2 Online Sales Representatives and will reporti to our Country Sales Directors which are responsible for one of the current three markets of VinFast Europe. 

🎯 Your main responsibilities & key activities:

User journey: 

  • Develop an intuitive and seamless online customer journey for the web (private and corporate customers) and for the showroom system. 
  • Reflect local requirements of the Online Sales Representatives and Showroom Sales Advisors in the markets.  
  • Update the website with relevant contents which makes the showroom approachable and personal and inform customers and fans about upcoming and past events. 
  • Align all web CTAs with the CRM team to be provide a comprehensive funnel management and secure high conversion rates.  
  • Integrate third parties (white label) solutions for vehicle financing, trade-in and B2B partners as Leasing Companies and Subscription partners. 
  • Secure the integration of the App-Channel with the Web and Showroom experience. 
  • Align with marketing to find the right balance between brand staging and sales / transactions. 

Quality & Performance : 

  • Monitor key KPI for operational excellence and address issues with the IT team in Europe and Vietnam. 
  • Work closely with the market Online Sales Representatives team and marketing to understand their requirements and jointly plan improvements. 
  • Keep track on measures and make sure the performance of the web site and the Showroom System is secured (operational excellence) and all information are accurate (e.g. product description, price).

Content management : 

  • Manage contents, micro sites and forms.

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or other related area - MBA is a plus.
  • You have minimum 8 years of progressive business experience in the realm web site development and sales processes from a customer point of view.

Reporting to the Head of Privacy Europe and integrated into our legal department, your mission is to take care of IT-related matters from a legal perspective and prevent any risk of breach of the regulations relating to personal data by the company.

As our IT and Data Privacy Counsel, you will oversee the legal, compliance, and privacy aspects of the IT-related activities of the European entities of VinFast while being deeply involved in the business initiatives around the market launch of VinFast connected EVs and other products and services. You will play a key role in protecting the reputation of VinFast by ensuring that legal guidelines are followed and providing detailed legal advice to the management and your sparring partners in the business departments. You will cooperate closely with the Data Protection Officer and the VinFast Global and European legal teams.

  • Give accurate and timely counsel to business departments and management in the framework of the IT and Data Privacy related operations of VinFast and in the further structuring.
  • Provide legal support and guidance in particular in the area of IT, Privacy, and GDPR to the business teams.

💥Your Profile :

  • Fully qualified lawyer in a European country
  • Ideally, you hold a Master's in Digital law / IT Law or in Personal Data Protection law
  • You have between 2 and 3 years of experience as an in-house data protection / IT counsel. Experience in the internet of things and connectivity is a plus.
  • You are working autonomously and with attention to detail
  • You are fluent in English (written and oral), and you have a spirit of synthesis and analysis.

Charging Operations Manager

 Your role: 

You will be part of the European Charging team, which is responsible for all the charging programs within the European region, namely home charging, public charging and the charging infrastructure at VinFast Showrooms and Service Centers. As a process-driven and resourceful person, you will work cross functionally and be responsible for establishing consistent customer-centric business processes on a European basis across the various charging programs. You will handle financial tasks, execute agreements, evaluate, onboard, and manage a range of industry leading vendors. As a self-starter, you will need to understand core business operations and have vendor management experience. Additionally, you will track the recurrent issues encountered by our clients and improve and/or give feedback on our EV charging processes.

✨ Votre rôle :

Notre équipe RH se renforce et nous recherchons aujourd'hui un/une " Talent Acquisition Specialist " pour nous accompagner dans notre développement en France.

Basé(e) à Paris de préférence et rattaché(e) à la DRH Europe, le/la " Talent Acquisition Specialist " est responsable de tous les aspects du Recrutement dans son périmètre. Il/elle pourra également apporter de l'aide sur les autres marchés.

Nous embauchons pour un large éventail de postes, dès fonctions support back-office (Finance, IT, juridique, RH, achats...) aux fonctions front office tels que les ventes, le marketing, le e-commerce, les techniciens, la maintenance, l'ensemble du personnel de nos salles d'exposition...

Dans ce contexte, vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

🎯 Vos missions :

  • Collaborer avec les Managers et l'équipe RH afin de comprendre et de hiérarchiser leurs objectifs opérationnels et leurs besoins en matière d'embauche.
  • Contribuer à l'élaboration de la stratégie de recrutement et des moyens de constituer un vivier de talents.
  • Gérer les multiples demandes provenant de différents services (back et front office).
  • Organiser, hiérarchiser et exécuter ces demandes dans un environnement dynamique et très actif.
  • Rédiger, examiner et rechercher des descriptions de poste pour comprendre et recruter divers postes vacants.
  • Utiliser une approche multicanale pour trouver et sélectionner les candidats en fonction de la stratégie établie pour chaque poste vacant. (LinkedIn, jobboards, referral program, salon, cabinet de recrutement...).
  • Organiser et gérer les entretiens avec les candidats potentiels, et mener des entrevues pour évaluer s'ils sont aptes à occuper le poste actuel ou futur.
  • Gérer et suivre les " short-list " de candidats à proposer aux Managers, débriefer auprès des managers et l'accompagner dans toutes les étapes du process de recrutement.
  • Gérer la planification et la logistique des entretiens au sein de l'équipe européenne et également avec les équipes vietnamiennes quand nécessaire.
  • Assurer un suivi auprès de chaque candidat dans le processus - être le principal point de contact pour lui.
  • Assurer le suivi auprès des équipes RH locales pour les prochaines étapes (contrat de travail, intégration, ...).
  • Gérer le process de recrutement via l'outil SIRH – TalentSoft.
  • Créer et tenir à jour une base de données de suivi du plan de recrutement, faire un reporting régulier.

Vous pourriez être également en charge de :

  • Soutenir les activités et initiatives RH (sondages sur l'engagement, évaluation des talents, mobilité interne...etc.).
  • Identifier les principaux indicateurs clés de recrutement et les mettre en place.
  • Travailler sur la marque employeur.
  • Développer les partenariats avec les écoles cibles.

💥 Votre profil :

  • Vous avez au moins 3 ans d'expérience en tant que recruteur(se) ou dans un poste RH similaire, idéalement dans le secteur automobile ou le retail.
  • Vous apprenez rapidement et êtes très organisé(e).
  • Vous possédez des compétences en matière d'analyse et de planification, ainsi que la capacité de gérer plusieurs tâches / postes à la fois, de hiérarchiser la charge de travail dans un environnement exigeant et évoluant rapidement.
  • Vous avez de solides compétences d'écoute et capacité à interpréter, analyser des informations et à communiquer.
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit (une bonne partie des échanges internes se font en anglais).
  • Vous êtes flexible, adaptable et êtes capable de respecter les délais.
  • Et bien entendu, vous avez un excellent esprit d'équipe et un grand sens de l'humour !

B2B Regional Sales Manager - the Netherlands

After a highly success startup in Vietnam, VinFast will enter the European market. Target launch date is mid-2022. The company’s first offering will be a dedicated EV SUV. To achieve its entry date, VinFast is currently executing on a comprehensive launch plan that includes the manufacture, testing, and certification of the vehicle that will be produced in Vietnam.

A European marketing, sales and distribution entity has been established to sell and service VinFast products. Initial target markets are Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Corporate offices and showrooms will be established in the 3 countries, and we are currently recruiting a B2B sales team for those markets.

Our B2B Regional Sales Manager Netherlands will report to the Country B2B Sales Manager.

 Your role:

As a key member of the Sales team, you will have the following responsibilities:

  • Introducing and selling VinFast vehicles into B2B market segment in his/her region (North or South),
  • Creating and growing a portfolio of local and regional customers,
  • Consult customers in optimising the companies’ requirements for his fleet (e.g., TCO, CO2 footprint), and image with VinFast products,
  • and for animating, coaching, and supporting the VinFast advisors in their region.

🎯  Your main responsibilities

  • Create, develop, and maintain a portfolio of B2B customers.
  • Ensure all sales objectives are met and exceeded.
  • Blend in the social events, platforms, and 1:1 interaction to develop and maintain a strong network.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for selected fleet management, leasing accounts, and corporate clients in the area of his/her competence.
  • Stimulate the demand by visiting, informing, and negotiating with clients regarding VinFast’s fleet proposition.
  • Organize test drives for potential company car drivers at the workplace or at a VinFast location.
  • Organize and participate to regional or local events to promote VinFast and increase brand visibility and awareness.
  • Closely cooperate and coordinate with the rest of the European B2B Sales team, the leadership (e.g., Country Sales Managers), and the delivery/marketing/service functions.
  • Support the team of B2B locally and train them for them to be successful in their role.
  • Manage and optimize the use of assigned demonstration vehicles for individual test drives and test drive events.
  • Consistent and continuous use of the CRM system for sales activities.
  • Keep a set of accurate reports and metrics.
  • Understand and be familiar with all our financial products, vehicle features, and functionalities.
  • Contribute on the continuous improvement of processes and procedures.

💥 Your profile:

  • You hold a bachelor’s degree or have at least 3 years of B2B commercial and/or automotive sales experience (generating new business sales and/or in a field sales role).
  • You are fluent in English (written and verbal) and bilingual/native speaker in Dutch.
  • Your driving license is clean and up to date.
  • You have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • You have new business prospecting, selling, negotiating, and closing skills.
  • You are self-driven, motivated and results-oriented with new business sales (or hunter) mentality.
