Our B2B Regional Sales Manager Germany will report into the Country B2B Sales Manager.

 Your role: As a key member of the Sales team, you will have the following responsibilities:
 

  • Introducing and selling VinFast vehicles in to B2B market segment in his/her region (North or South),

Showroom Construction Project Analyst

Job purpose and impact:

Our future Showroom Construction Analyst will have overall responsibility and accountability for oversees all construction related projects for the company in the initial markets including but not limited to:

? Your key accountabilities:

  • Support construction management team and leadership team with ongoing project management and showroom development operations.
  • Support the updating and reporting of construction master schedules.
  • Liaise with store development to ensure complete hand-off documents are provided to construction managers including lease documents/abstracts and design deliverables.

Based in the Netherlands, the VinFast Regional Technical Training Specialist will be a key member of the Aftersales training team.

SCOPE OF JOB

The VinFast Regional Technical Training Specialist position requires someone who is flexible, proactive, highly organized, and hard-working. Individuals should have a passion for and understanding electric vehicles, and EV experience would be an asset. This position requires someone with outstanding communication, presentation, and organizational skills while demonstrating a positive and professional appearance.

The VinFast Regional Technical Training Specialist will take responsibility for developing and updating courses, mentoring Service Technicians in areas of technical knowledge and procedures, and promoting excellence in customer service and communication.

    • Provide service-specific training to VinFast technicians on electric vehicles equipped with complex automotive/electromechanical systems (powertrain, passive restraint system, steering/suspension/brakes, thermal management).
    • Provide specific & general training on high voltage DC systems.
    • Train and develop Service Technicians on inspection, repair, and service of VinFast electric vehicles.
    • Facilitate instructor-led and virtual Technical Training courses on vehicles equipped with complex automotive and electro-mechanical systems to enable employees to work safely at all times and to adhere to VinFast standards
    • Attend TtT (Train the Trainer) courses as required
    • Knowledge of methods, techniques, parts, tools, and materials used in the maintenance and repair of vehicles.
    • Contribute towards continuous improvement of automotive technical and facilitation skills to ensure the delivery quality and effectiveness of all training courses meet or exceed VinFast standards
    • Develop and update training resources and materials in close consultation with the Aftersales Training Manager and Service Engineering.
    • Maintain close relationships with partner teams such as Engineering, and regional technical and field support teams.

REQUIREMENTS

As Mobile Service Manager, you are the leader of our remote mobile service teams and direct line of support for our local mobile service teams. The Sales Training Manager is responsible for driving the creation and execution of a sales education, learning strategy and material for Germany. Une entité européenne de marketing, de vente et de distribution a été créée pour vendre et entretenir les produits VinFast sur les marchés allemand, français et néerlandais. 

Les sièges sociaux européens sont aujourd'hui situés à Paris, à Francfort et à Amsterdam. Des salles d'exposition et des concessions seront installées dans chaque pays également. 

VinFast est donc actuellement en train de recruter une équipe européenne sur ces 3 pays.  

? Votre rôle :

Le rôle de nos Responsables des ventes est d'offrir une expérience client conforme à la marque et à la vision VinFast, de mettre tous les moyens en œuvre pour susciter l'enthousiasme autour de la marque et ses produits, mais également de guider les clients et prospects tout au long du cycle de vente.

La/le Responsable des ventes aura la responsabilité opérationnelle globale des ressources de son site, en veillant à ce que tous les indicateurs clés de performance soient atteints et en offrant une expérience client exceptionnelle.

A ce titre, vous êtes, notamment, chargé(e) de :

Vos missions : 

  • Créer et maintenir un environnement qui soit représentatif des valeurs de VinFast.
  • Faire partie des 1ers(ères) Ambassadeurs(rices) de la marque VinFast et embarquer ses équipes à suivre votre modèle.
  • Établir des interactions positives et susciter l'enthousiasme des cliens qui rejoignent la famille VinFast.
  • Créer un environnement centré sur une expérience client exceptionnelle.
  • Gérer et superviser au quotidien les performances de l'équipe de vente, créer et maintenir un environnement de travail positif et sûr.
  • Gérer activement le pipeline de prospects et les leads pour les convertir en ventes et en livraisons.
  • Développer et maximiser les objectifs de ventes par un engagement actif avec l'équipe de vente B2B pour créer une croissance incrémentale avec les entreprises locales.
  • Développer une forte culture de la performance au sein de ses équipes. S’assurer de la productivité des salariés pour atteindre les objectifs fixés par VinFast.
  • Recruter et former les membres de votre équipe, les accompagner dans leur développement.
  • Gérer la flotte de véhicules pour assurer une bonne représentation de la marque VinFast en gardant les véhicules propres, correctement chargés et prêts pour la démonstration aux clients/prospects.
  • Assurer le respect de tous les standards de la marque VinFast, y compris la propreté et l'apparence du magasin, le merchandising, le code vestimentaire, etc…
  • Collaborer vertueusement avec les employés VinFast d’autres départements pour assurer une expérience client exceptionnelle.
  • Explorer les possibilités d'amélioration continue des processus de vente et d'achat, ainsi que de l'expérience globale du client.
  • Résoudre les éventuels problèmes liés aux clients, aux employés et à la sécurité de manière rapide et efficace.
  • Planifier les coûts et les dépenses liés à l’exploitation du centre de profit ; être garant(e) du P&L.
  • Établir et renforcer une culture positive et inclusive axée sur la valeur travail, le respect et la pensée innovante, le tout dans un cadre motivant et fun.

? Vous :

  • De formation supérieure de niveau Bac+3 minimum (école de commerce ou université) orientée commerce et/ou management.
  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience de 8 ans minimum sur des postes nécessitants du leadership dans le domaine du retail, des services à la clientèle ou de la vente en générale.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans la gestion d'un portefeuille de clients ainsi que dans l’utilisation d’applications CRM et de logiciels de gestion des leads.
  • Vous possédez d’excellentes compétences en communication orale et écrite en français et parlez anglais couramment afin de pouvoir évoluer dans un contexte international.
  • Vous possédez le permis B en cours de validité.
  • Vous faites preuve d’esprit d’équipe et d’une bonne aisance relationnelle afin de pouvoir travailler et échanger avec de multiples interlocuteurs et de comprendre les enjeux business.
  • Doté(e) de bonnes capacités organisationnelles et d’attention aux détails, vous savez faire preuve d’adaptabilité et d’anticipation.
  • Vous maitrisez le pack MS Office 365.

Group Business Controller

Reporting to CFO Europe, this position is based indifferently in Paris, Frankfurt or Amsterdam

The responsibility of a business controller entails three themes:

  1. To build a robust finance control framework with financial reports, monitoring KPIs and budget adherence
  2. To be the finance business partner of the management teams and support them in realising their financial objectives
  3. To have a proactive outlook on risks and opportunities and drive consequent action

We are looking for someone who is already off to a proven start in his/her career in Business Control, ideally your experience gained in a dynamic, fast paced multinational finance environment, in sectors as Automotive, Retail or Services. You have solid experience of responsibility of the Business Control process for designated departments, including monitoring & interpreting of functional P&Ls, controlling spendings, financial planning and reporting.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Responsibility of the monthly and annual Business performance monitoring for various departments across Finance and Support budgets; including prepare related reviewing documentations, using relevant reporting tools; build up close working relationship with Heads of department
  • Monitor and maintain a robust process for end-to-end business performance review, budgeting and reporting where applicable.
  • Constant monitoring of budget financial performance combining with the understanding of markets and business developments
  • Work with Directors to draft budget/Long Range Plan and strategy discussions
  • Evaluate performance/return on investment on cost type level
  • Initiate and follow through on improvement initiatives
  • Ad hoc project work across Finance, Mgt and support and Ventures as required
  • Participate in choice and implementation of reporting tool

Requirements:

  • You will have a strong academic background, ideally MBA qualified, Accounting or Controlling qualification is a pre
  • Min 5-7 years of relevant experience in Controlling
  • You will have the ability to cope with high pressure, meeting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy, with validated skills to plan effectively, anticipate issues and solve problems
  • Knowledge in reporting tools is a pre, in ERP is an asset (SAP)
  • Fluency in English, both verbal and in writing, another European language would be advantageous
  • We are looking for a motivated, hardworking and driven team member with a strong focus on output and long term vision
  • Strong analytical skills, coupled with general business understanding who can translate budgets in business cases into operational impact assessments
  • Excellent communicator who can work independently and make decisions.
