Customer Experience Executive - France
France

Your role:

Our Customer Experience Executives are part of the VinFast Europe Customer service "[email protected]" organization. They will be dedicated to the French / German / Dutch market perimeter to evolve according to our company strategy. They report to our Customer Service Supervisors and will sit in the Customer Service Premises in Levallois-Perret, near Paris.

Our Customer Experience Executives assist VinFast customers remotely (phone, chat, social networks, emails) during the entirety of their customer journey (from sales/simple inquiry/troubleshooting to remote assistance and maintenance) Truly customer-focused, they ensure that exceptional customer satisfaction is provided to our European customers.

Your responsibilities:

  • Supporting and following up with customers and prospects (inbound and outbound) via phone, email, chat, and social media on a variety of topics including: Sales inquiries (including test drives, financing); Product/battery, warranty info; Charging; System troubleshooting; Service booking; Complaints handling...
  • Updating customer and data records
  • Utilizing the knowledge, tools, and processes available and being involved in checking information is up-to-date and relevant
  • Ensuring process compliance is applied
  • Identifying and escalating any issues that impact service delivery and quality
  • Reaching production and quality objectives

Your profile:

  • Minimum 1 year in the customer service industry or other relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is appreciated
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus, but not essential
  • Highly customer-orientated
  • A fluent level in English, and a bilingual/native level in one of these languages: French, German, or Dutch is mandatory

Online Sales Representative
Germany

(2 permanent positions based in Frankfurt) 

 

After a high success startup in Vietnam, VinFast will enter the European market. The target launch date is mid-2022. The company’s first offering will be a dedicated EV SUV. To achieve its entry date, VinFast is currently executing a comprehensive launch plan that includes the manufacture, testing, and certification of the vehicle that will be produced in Vietnam. A European marketing, sales, and distribution entity have been established to sell and service VinFast products. Initial target markets are Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Corporate offices and showrooms will be established in the 3 countries, and we are currently recruiting two Online Sales Representatives for our corporate office in Frankfurt.

Our Online Sales Representatives will be key members of our Sales team and will have the following responsibilities:

Your role:  

As one of our Online Sales Representatives for Germany, you will be responsible for the exceptional online customer journey and for providing our customers with the information and the call to action with only a few clicks at a high performance. You will adapt the journey and user interface for the web and store channel. You will integrate all functionalities and content to support sales and brand appearance. You will work in a small team of Online Sales reporting to the Sales Director Germany with a dotted line to the Sales & Marketing Director Germany. 


Your main responsibilities:

User journey: 

  • Develop an intuitive and seamless online customer journey for the web (private and corporate customers) and for the showroom system. 
  • Reflect local requirements of the Online Sales Representatives and Showroom Sales Advisors in the markets.  
  • Update the website with relevant content which makes the showroom approachable and personal and informs customers and fans about upcoming and past events. 
  • Align all web CTAs with the CRM team to provide comprehensive funnel management and secure high conversion rates.  
  • Integrate third parties (white label) solutions for vehicle financing, trade-in, and B2B partners as Leasing Companies and Subscription partners.
  • Secure the integration of the App Channel with the Web and Showroom experience. 
  • Align with marketing to find the right balance between brand staging and sales/transactions. 

Quality & Performance: 

  • Monitor key KPIs for operational excellence and address issues with the IT team in Europe and Vietnam. 
  • Work closely with the Sales Director & Online Sales Manager and Marketing Team to understand their requirements and jointly plan improvements.
  • Keep track of measures and make sure the performance of the website and the Showroom System is secured (operational excellence) and all information is accurate (e.g. product description, price).
  • Align deployment planning with sales critical actions e.g. campaigns, and product launches. 
  • Constantly review the website and showroom systems from a customer point of view. 
  • Provide input to the IT architecture development. 

Content management:

  • Manage contents, microsites, and forms.
  • Automate content provision (pictures, text, video) by using the digital asset management library.

 

Your profile:

  • A minimum of 5 years of progressive business experience in the realm web site development and sales processes from a customer point of view. 
  • Strong background in the operation of websites and platforms (e.g. Salesforce).
  • Extensive knowledge in automotive sales and marketing. 
  • Profound knowledge and experience with CMS (Drupal) and web reporting tools.

Product Intelligence & Pricing Manager - France
France

(1 permanent position based in Paris)

After a highly successful domestic launch in Vietnam, VinFast will enter the international markets starting with North America and Europe. The launch is targeted for the second half of 2022. The company’s first offering will be a dedicated electric SUV. To achieve its market entry date, VinFast is currently executing a comprehensive launch plan that includes the manufacture, testing, and certification of the Vietnam-built vehicles. European marketing, sales, and distribution entity have been established to sell and service VinFast products across the initial target markets of Germany, France, and the Netherlands. Corporate offices will be in Paris, Frankfurt, and Amsterdam, and showrooms will be established throughout each country.

Your role:

Our Product Intelligence & Pricing Manager reports to our Director of Sales Operations and looks for all product options/features, service offers, competitors, prices, new product trends, etc. In other words, you will be responsible for analyzing, tracking, and monitoring the market trends and insights, customer preferences, and our competitors. Furthermore, you will provide regular updates and inputs for the sales, marketing, planning & forecasting, and relevant global HQ teams with product-related information. You will partner with other sales departments to collect inputs from VinFast Stores and analyze the registration figures.  

The Product Intelligence & Pricing Manager is a vital role that will be responsible for the market success of VinFast products’ launch in Europe, and will have the following responsibilities: 

Your main responsibilities & key activities: 

•    Carry out detailed analysis to understand the market landscape and competitive environment in France. 
•    Liaise and interface with the corresponding global teams in Vietnam and be always up to date with the latest information about all product-related topics (logistics, manufacturing, store network, product & price management, etc.). 
•    Set up a product feature database to have visibility along the vehicle supply process. 
•    Steer and control the product offer including connected services, battery offers, and charging options.  
•    Create strategic product roadmaps and strategic analysis to understand the landscape of EV products in France and suggest strategic options for VinFast from a product perspective. 
•    Create price segmentation, price index analysis, price walks & ladders, feature micro-segmentation, etc. 
•    Ensure transparency on the vehicle offering and potential mismatches with the demand of the target customers by monitoring and communicating dissonances correspondingly. 
•    Planning product lifecycles, facelifts, and special editions. Furthermore, adapting the product offering to the demand of the market to optimize the financial results. 
•    Support our Marketing team with expert knowledge regarding the VinFast product offering. 
•    Analyze and forecast take-rates of all trim levels, features, options, ext. & int. colors, accessories, and match product offer vs. demand to maximize the financial result.  
•    Follow up on deliverables and support throughout the process of product-related system implementation.  
•    Serve as the market champion and primary point of contact representing product needs for the French market, leveraging primary and secondary research to support the French market position. 
•    Development and ownership of the master product guide containing the features and specifications of the vehicles being offered in the French market. 
•    Identification of key selling features and points of differentiation of VinFast products compared to other EV and ICE offerings. 
•    Creation of primary and secondary competitive sets for each VinFast model and establishment of product positioning and pricing recommendations. 
•    Establish and manage communication channels with the engineering and product strategy teams at VinFast Vietnam and creation of key marketing messages around product attributes in conjunction with Marketing. 
•    Day-to-day management and oversight of the Product Planning team. 
•    Build and maintain product guides for the French market. 
•    Establish a methodology for measuring the competitiveness of VinFast vehicles against the overall market and primary competitive sets. 
•    Conduct ad-hoc analyses as needed to support Sales and Marketing initiatives and requests from other VinFast organizations. 
•    Sketch out new processes in a way that they could be used for further implementation, as well as support in creating BRDs (Business Requirement Documents), SOP (Standard Operating Procedures), and Blueprints. 
•    Train and mentor new team members.

Job requirements:

•    A minimum of 8 years of progressive work experience in automotive operations  
•    In-depth experience in product management & pricing

As our Service Readiness Coordinator, you are a key contributor to the VinFast after-sales experience by working closely with our Showroom Development department to ensure a smooth opening of our Service Centers and that our technicians have the required infrastructure, equipment, and tools to provide exceptional customer service. As the heart of every Service Center, you ensure that the operations are up and running by liaising with the centers and our suppliers. Your role: 

As the Field Service Engineer Europe, you will be responsible for interfacing with sales & service site personnel, to escalate & get field/customer issues resolved. The role will require directly liaising with engineering, quality, manufacturing plant, service, part return centers, to escalate, triage, root cause and manage field quality issues to resolution. Also, directly responsible for providing timely feedback and report out on all activities to management and stakeholders.

This position requires a passionate and experienced professional with a solid background in Service Engineering, development of service department tools and field service engineering programs. You will need to possess a proactive and can-do mindset, with a determined work ethic. You will be expected to demonstrate excellence in their respective fields, to possess the ability to learn quickly and to strive for perfection within a fast-paced environment.   

Your responsibilities and tasks: 

  • Assure compliance with technical and organizational requirements. This includes sharing, uploading and maintaining information in warranty & issue management systems.
  • Create written reports, summaries as appropriate, to share issues, findings, and recommendations with engineering
  • Willingness to travel ~50% within territory as required to fulfill job responsibilities, sometimes with minimal notice. Remote tools could lower the percentage.
  • HV work on the vehicle and on live voltage directly inside the HV battery may be one of your tasks.
  • On-site support to resolve quality or delivery related issues. Support containment and corrective actions as required, and keep and maintain clear records of such events.
  • Primary contact for engineering to act as liaison with service to help gather, triage & analyze quality issues in the field.
  • Communicate issues and resolutions clearly and effectively to the engineering team in Vietnam. Support telephone conferences between all parties to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with Global Field Engineering teams and Technical Services for the development of service technician diagnostic tool process and development.
  • Collaborate with Service Training & Engineering departments to influence training and technical documents as related to service department, collision repair department, and product improvement.
  • Partner with the Engineering team on vehicle log/performance review, identifying field issues and corrective actions and solutions.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Vinfast vehicle systems, field failure patterns, and customer use cases to develop diagnostic and root cause analysis and rectification methods.
  • Implement all relevant procedures described in the Vinfast Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance
  • Develop and execute an effective problem-solving and strategic thinking methodology process to be used across a wide range of vehicle systems
  • Test & Validation of Vinfast vehicle, real-time data monitoring and interpretation.
  • Gain a thorough understanding in CAN diagnostics and electrical architecture of Vinfast vehicles
  • Develop a broad knowledge of functions across all Vinfast automotive domains (Powertrain, Chassis, High Voltage, Intelligent infotainment (with Connected Services), Body control, HVAC, Safety systems, Advanced Driving Assistance)

Your profile: 

  • Minimum 3 years varied automotive experience in either Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or equivalent experience. 
  • 3 or more years of hands-on Automotive Dealership Service Department or equivalent vehicle diagnostic and repair experience.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Power Electronics, Electronics, Mechatronic, or similar fields/equivalent experience required.
  • Experienced in field service, technical support, or production support in a technical or manufacturing environment.
  • Requires good overall technical background with an understanding of electrical engineering, mechanical and software engineering.
  • Broad and demonstrated knowledge of functions across all major automotive domains (Powertrain, Chassis, High Voltage, Intelligent infotainment (with Connected Services), Body control, HVAC, Safety systems, Advanced Driving Assistance).
  • Skilled handling of CAN diagnostics and SW flash tools such as Vector CANoe, CANalyzer, vFLASH etc. would be advantageous.
  • Additional passed training such as HV qualified electrician and working on live voltage certificate plus first practical experience with HV would be advantageous.
