5) The warranty covers repair of defects in software, material or workmanship, or replacement of defective parts, of the vehicle with intended use for a period of 10 years or a maximum mileage of 200.000 km, whatever comes first, subject to warranty terms and conditions.

The 12V starter battery is covered by a 3 year / 60.000 km warranty, whatever comes first. Tyres are excluded from the manufacturer warranty under warranties provider by the tyre manufacturer.

For the propulsion battery, the following applies: The warranty covers repairs needed to return the propulsion battery capacity to at least 70% of the original battery capacity within ten years as long as the vehicle is used correctly. In case of battery subscription, defects in the propulsion battery are subject to the terms and conditions of the Battery Scheme Policy. The warranty comes in addition to and does not limit the customer’s statutory rights based on the seller’s legal liability for defects.
